  3. There is no quota limit for purchasing the above packages.

  5. Guests must present the voucher number or voucher code to the staff upon settling the bill in order to void the purchased offer.
  6. Guests must sign on the package booking form to confirm the treatment was enjoyed before leaving the venue.
  7. The packages are not refundable, and cancellations are not accepted once purchased.
  8. Expired packages and any unused treatments are not entitled to be transferred to the next calendar year.
  9. Please arrive at least 10 mins before your booking time.
  10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/offers/coupons, cannot redeem for cash and exchange for other treatments.
  11. The offer cannot be redeemed by membership points and cash coupons.
  12. The offer is subject to booking availability. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
